for 15 and 20 digits after you read the log from the fone open notepad and drag and drop the FNX file into notepad.
which model dct4 phone are you trying to unlock?

if you are reading a log and you dont receive any warning you mobile is 15 digit because fenix warn against 20 digit phone as it not supported by any tools

dct4 conect fbus or easy cable and do rsa unlock in simlock tab
