Strange Interface problem - GSM-Forum

I had long back requested that my fenix does not support any interface weather it is UFS or JAF. I was directed to reinstall UFS driver.

Later on

I downloaded all the UFS suite versions .. even I changed my Laptop .. hoping might my problem would be solved ..

I now also reinstalled UFS driver but same message appears ..

No FTDI drivers installed, USB connection is available only. If you want to use JAF/UFS interface install latest drivers.
Connection interface is set to USB now.

Now suggest what to do I have both UFS and JAF

go to
hardware and update driver of ufs
select advance
go to c: ufs driver
done

go to finex update driver
c: look for the fixkey driver
done

Download FTD2XX.dll maybe from here ftd2xx.dll free download - DLL-files.com or find in drivers and copy this file to c:/windows/system32/ restart Your computer and try again it should work
