| When press to power on phone, it shows battery charging Why some models when reading the BB5 log via USB the Fenix software says turning off phone, the phone restart in battery charging mode. and thus when I try to turn on the phone for the log to be read nothing happens. |

| check your pc for chipset drivers maybe something wrong with them and uninstall and reinstall Nokia Usb Drivers |

| It's simple. ==>remove BATTERY ==>Connect USB to PC and then to phone ==>CLICK on read or connect ( whatever U need to click to read the log) ==>Then connect BATTERY and press power shortly. ~~~~~~~~~Hope this will help |
