I bought mine from IPMART as well. They refuse any responsibility saying it was a clearance item and has no warranty.

The dongle driver installs and shows up in Device manager, but the software does not detect it or the card. Which makes me think the card is a fake or faulty. I have tried a different SIM card reader dongle and have the same problem.

So yeah I think we've been ripped off by IPMART. It doesn't help that Power Dongle support doesn't reply to email.

IT WORKS!!!!!
I guess it was realy stupid of mi part because I never inserted the SIM card all the way in LOL! When you insert the dongle correctly a red light turns on in the dongle. What I do have to do is install the new dongle driver every time and pull out and in again to get it working. Im not an expert finaly got the thing working

PD: My windows is windows 7 and it works ok.

yes it lights up red, and when I start the client, the green LED flashes as if it's reading the card, then it stops and reports that the dongle is not detected. If I try again, the red LED goes out and I have to remove the dongle and reconnect it.
