Listed models but not in the dongle

Hello,

Please can someone tell me why the listed models in the website PowerDongle are not avaliable in the dongle itself. Has they been discontinued? Or do i need to install another drivers, etc. please advice

If you look at what is stated in the website as the supported models and what is in displayed in the dongle dashbaord, you will see them all., alcatel, etc. i cant write them all. they are many
