what do you use to flash eeprom to the fone? still the ipltrium 2.9?

and do u flash eeprom bin like the way you flash a flash file?

No! for EEprom Yiu need use Mitsubishi BlueFlawer or Mitsubishy WorkShop. is some ather soft for work with eeprom.
IPL is only for flashyng
