i have a infra red, how can i install the games? do i need any application to send from pc?

tzeonn, NO, NO, NO
you can NOT install any games to yous M720 (only ExEn games, if your operator provides that service). NEVER on Mitsubishi was an ability to install GAMES through INFRARED - ONLY WAP. i have M750. it differs from M720 with support for MIDP 1.0 games (no sound, just around 50-60 games in net available).
when there will be solution for flashing M7, you will be able to reflash your M720 to M750 (probably, they are identical in hardware)...

i got some exen games on my pc, how do i install them?

and, can i flash m750's firmware to m720? will anything not work?

and, wat do i need to flash my phone?

tzeonn,

1) you CAN NOT install ExEn games by yourself. it is done via your mobile's menu "download" option. BUT your MOBILE OPERATOR has to SUPPORT ExEn download. ExEn is a "PAY-TO-PLAY" service, that is you have to PAY for new games, PAY for extra levels, PAY AGAIN if you want to change operator (ExEn games are SIM-locked) and so on. ExEn games are very rare and are idiotic simple (most of them), as compared to JAVA. ExEN is FULL S#IT.

2) there is still NO FLASHING SOLUTION for M7-series Mitsu, as far as i know

you can either WAIT for it (1-3-6-12 months), or change for better phone
