MT-560...OT-531 unlocking problem - GSM-Forum

I have alcatel OT-531,mitsubishi based cell,i got problem during unlocking with REDBOXII.
log is below

Ready..
Connecting Phone..OK.
Reading Phone..
Unlocking Phone...............

REDBOX still doing unlocking but nothing to complete unlocking.where i m wrong and how can i solve my problem?i m using
SWS_TRIUM_Commander_1_3.
