Mars k02 41A45410 "Contact Provider" two lines

ttool v1.1: Fatal error: can't read phone

IPL trium flasher: Not aknowledge from Mobile even I have set com speed in tmpc_conf.ini and dll95.ini to 38400

I can set "Testmode" with Trium service Tools 1.4 by Martech, Workshop v2.0 by MCOMM

I have 2 cables:
1. unlock cable with 4 contacts
2. Flash cable (but without ext. power)

Maby HD problem? Did You check is Youre phone woterdameged?

Hi Porter

phones HD is OK, but I have press unlock button more than 10 times in mars_neptun unlocker, now phone is "Contact Provider"

but wait if u cant flash the phone this means some hardware fault also ...
1) u need flash cable with external power supply..
so flash the phone without battery power on the phone then write eeprom..
also check your connector for dust .....that is if u cant flash your phone...
