Secret Codes / Camera Sound / M341i & M800 - GSM-Forum

Hello, i have a Mitsubishi M800, and every time i take a photo or start and end a video capture, the phone makes a very loud snapping / clicking sound - even when the phone is on silent. I've heard that the M341i / M720 has the exact same problem.
So please, is there any way to turn this off? Any secret codes to go to an engineer menu, etc? Or maybe some software i can use to edit the phone? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
