Trium Eclipse MT450 Restart Problem! - GSM-Forum

Hello everyone,

I have a eclipse mt-450...which constantly restarts showing the Med Kit!
Shows TRIUM Logo, Med Kit & restarts...

If i remove the battery & put on charger, it shows Trium Logo & Med Kit n stays like that permanently...

I read different threads regarding the same problem...but all threads had solutions to be contacted in private!
Can anyone help me with this?

solution is old like world - just reball BGA Dataflash form Atmel! (AT45xxxxx)

you dont need to reball all you have to do is just apply some solder paste on the power ic and heat gently that is all
