no free solution to unlook your mt 450

have you any solution to reset mt 450i
my mt 450i is permantely bloked
any solution to reset the phone .;i receive the code by imei .;but i can not enter to the secret menu to unlook it

man ! open your eyes!! i talk about Eclipse phone! about 430i- exist two types of this phones MT430i(old m3 phone with SPI eeprom) and M430i (new color m8 phone with eeprom emulated in flash) first phone i can unlock if you send eeprom dump to me , m8 series not unlockable at this time( i don`t have phone for read flash from it and research lock crypt algo)
