Trium real pinout, my phone don't connect to my pc!! Help

I have trium mars Mt050 phone 04-01-2001 software<br />I use this cable!!!

5 - Data enable (connect to GND via resistor 1k)<br />7 - Flash enable (connect to GND via resistor 1k)<br />8 - Rx<br />9 - Tx<br />11 - Gnd<br />12 - +5v

i need to read eeprom with troky's program!!<br />if i read eeprom, program say read ok!! but bin file is 0 byte!!!<br />I probe turn on the phone, but same problem!!!<br />I probe just rx,tx,gnd without resistors, but nothing!!!<br />please help me <br />many thx<br />dollyb

Your scheme pinout is O.K.<br />Have you external power +5V?<br />!!! Phone must be ON!!!<br />After click READ you will see in window read from 0 to 16. Value 0 wil be change to 1,2,3....16. If program say from 16 to 16, it's O.K. <br />This scheme working for me.

i sould all 6 pin used? for reading eeprom?

For eeprom reading, not use pin 7

You must use only read not write.<br />For unlock use Mitsubishi calculator.
