Very strange M341i here! - GSM-Forum

I have one M341i here with strange problem.Problem is that when I power up the phone I can see Mitsubishi startup logo and nothing more but if I close and open display there is Insert sim card.Phone is working and i can make and receive call but nothing on display like display freez or something...?
If someone have something like this or know solution for this please write here.I also try to reset phone by entering code but no luck.

try to flash your phone , but i don't knwo if ther is any dongle support flashing this 341i

Yes, maybe software problems like old mars.

P.S. I forget to say when I put sim card in and power up the phone on display is Mitsubishi start up logo but if I close and open display there is network name and it looks like everything is ok,then I try to call somebody or enter in phones menu and it works but display freez like I did not push any menu key or number key at all.

Here is aslo one example:without sim card I enter *#06# to see phone imei and nothing happens but when I close and open display there was imei shown on display.

So conclusion is like this if it's software problem I'm not able to flash it,if it's hardware problem there is no way to get that flat(ribbon)cable.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Its not strange at all and explanation is so simple.Some of the wires in ribbon become break.When you close or open the phone for short time have conection and you can see some imagine.If you want to see the next one-you must close or open again.Just change ribbon(if you find it).I have lot of this **** with the same pb.

try to find another dead phone with a good LCD , and change it ,all your problems will be solved , TESTED 100%

no free soft for thsi model
just use RedBox or Evolver

Only change of LCD from other model will help in that issue..

with some other models 341 :
you turn on the mobile it's ok
you put sim card or not it's still ok
but after 1mn if u touch any key : the inside screen goes blank and if you close the other screen is ok.
you have to turn it off and start it again same problem !

i did the soft reset but it works for 2 days and after same s***

what is strange still if you leave the blank screen for a moment : it's displaying screen saver with the clock (in the same blank screen the inside one) ! if you touch a key you'll get the blank screen !

so it's not problem with a rubbon ! it's software problem after unlocking with RB

flash or unlock it again with something else than RB if you find flash
