Codigo s.e. Movistar + de una semana

hola, pedí un código de S.E. movistar España el pasado día 24 de febrero, llevo mas de 1 semana y aun no lo he recibido, no puedo hacer esperar mas al cliente devuélveme los logs o dame el código, te llamo al teléfono, te mando email y no te dignas ni a contestar, espero que al menos por aquí si que lo hagas.
