iphone unlock (ANSWERED) - GSM-Forum

Hello, I've just received your mail telling me that movistar iphone unlock requested is ready, entered in client program and it says ok. I connect the phone with itunes (followed your instructions) but the message is that theres no compatible sim inserted, so seems to be some problem with it and is not unlocked. Can you confirm me if there's any problem with that?

Still no answer and still the "not compatible sim inserted" message in itunes.

Days are going and customer asking for his iphone, and me without an answer from you, sent imei as you requested. Please tell me whats going on with the unlocking. Told customer two days for unlock and its more than 5 days waiting.
