How to Unlock LG g620 unlock 1. Insert original sim card and turn phone on.
2. Enter 2945#*620#
3. A menu will pop up, select sim unlock 4. Enter your unlock code and press ok 5. The phone will then reboot and the unlock is complete

MATE GW620& 620G ARE SAME JUST DO:

1- Insert original SIM card and power on your phone.

2- Dial 2945#*620# on your LG GW620g keypad.

3- Select SIM Unlock.

4- Enter Network Unlock Code and press OK. Phone will restart.

Your phone is unlocked.

i think your phone ask for user code not network code,try to full reset and check again
