Problem with Server full Unlock - GSM-Forum

Dear Sir/Madam,

Sorry to say but everytime i got problem with serverfullunlock its mentioned time on website 0 - 60 min and i have to wait like more then 24 hours and no reply of email and nothing when we got to do same thing with another location for customer they send the code and dont refund the credits as well and today from the early morning im in problem because of server full unlock i give time the customer for 12 noon and i did ordered at night it was mentioned 0-60 min and i am still waiting i already loosed couple of customers now i have no words to say.. Sorry to say but its reallity

last time was sony. one day i bankin 100 euro the give me 50 crdts then i have to email lot of time and evrytime the got problem i want my credits back
