This message means, that used (selected) USB Qualcomm loader is not compatible with your device revision. Currently we have only these USB loaders for MSM8939, which are present in the list of Software. As soon as we will get new loaders, we will add them into the list in Software. Unfortunately we have no ISP pinout for this device at the moment. Maybe someone have and upload it here for You. Also if You have an experience in soldering, You can remove eMMC chip from PCB for repairing (programming), solder necessary wires directly to eMMC chip contacts (or use proper eMMC adapter for direct connection), do repair and then solder eMMC chip back to device's PCB.
