Everything was perfect, but now i have this problem in all my computers and it is not a drivers problem even i tryed in a new reinstalled windows and i still have 40 X8 left to do. Please help Medusa Team!!

Can´t i reprogram the box, isnt a eeprom problem? because the exchange of the box is going to take me a long time. Thanks

I have the same problem after trying to update box firmware why you don't help us with a user solution because contact the reseller is very expensive for me because they want to send my damage box to replace it but to send the box to my reseller cost me 95 dollars by DHL and to receive the new one cost me another 65 dollars what do you think?

I updated my box with 1.3.3 and now:
USD device not recognized!!!!

This is my second box because I hade to exchange it because it had unable to halt core see:
u20i - unable to halt core .

what can I do???

It's true. my box is working again thanks medusa team, I have tried two times cos the first time didn't work for me I tried again then it works
