Your driver not installed proprely you need to instal qdload9008 driver in medusa pro folder

smartrepair done succesfull but phone status not changed, still show logo and restart, bootloop

Most likely, device has HW problem(s). Also, probably boot loaders in SRF "HUAWEI_SCL-L01_USB_MSM8909.srf", which You have used for repairing, could be not suitable (not compatible) with your phone (boot loaders are older (has lower version) than should be in your phone. Try to perform "Factory Repair" operation ("Factory repair" tab in Software) using the latest Huawei xml firmware (with "rawprogram0.xml" and "patch0.xml" files) for this device.

maybe it not have oeminfo or is locked to custom firmware, any way to unlock bootloader in 9008 mode or fastboot?
