my medusa box can't open my softwear run time masseage is come CARD NOT FOUND.please help me .my OS windows 7

You need to install driver: http://medusabox.com/files/drivers/TOP%20GX4.rar.

Please insert Medusa Dongle into USB port, install this driver: http://medusabox.com/files/drivers/TOP%20GX4.rar, re-boot PC and run the latest version of software: http://medusabox.com/files/softs/Medusa_1.2.0.1.exe.

Thanks problem solved installing version Medusa_1.2.0.1.exe.
