good morning
can someone tell me in which cases the "Content extractor" works?
I have tried to extract the information in unlisted telephones, telephones that turn on and work and I have not been able to extract multimedia content, nor sms, contacts.
I have used the E-Mate adapter with Emmc downgrades of good equipment to test and even then I have not had any results.
My question is in what cases does this work or does it not work or does it have too many problems and that service should not be offered to the clients?

Hello.

It is possible to extract data only for the phones with disabled option of files encryption (mostly for old devices). Most new/latest devices have enabled files encryption by default, so, unfortunately, extracting data from such devices are currently not possible. Full-disk encryption possibility is available and set by default from Android 5.0, please look here: https://source.android.com/security/encryption/, so if there is higher Android version then 5.0, most likely, this will be not possible to extract dat from such device.

friends connected jellyfish pro, moto G2 and moto G4 plus, both the extractor does not work to view the data partition. any tips
