my problem is I had my medusa, which are owned by octopus. however my octopus was damaged and just buy back my octopus but does not let me use meedusa asks me to actualize and ask me for an activation but mmm not sent me the activation tell me to contact you my last octopus 0001c4a4 was and now is 0100049d78 I could help.
