What is the state of your device exactly? What device appears in PC Device Manager, when You connect the phone to PC? If your device goes into "Qualcomm...9008" Mode (QM) automatically, when You connect it to PC (if "Qualcomm...9008" device appear in PC Device Manager when You connect phone to PC), yes, You can try to repair this phone via USB without opening phone. If phone doesn't go into QM automatically, You can try to put it into QM manually (disconnect battery and USB cable, press and hold at the same time "Vol+" + "Vol-" buttons and connect USB cable) or need to use Test Point (in this case, it is necessary to open phone). Also, You can repair this phone via eMMC (ISP) connection.

Repair with Srf file but phone is dead and now when i connect phone with pc Qualcomm...9008" device appear in PC Device Manager and now what can i do please tell me please..........

you must
do erase full emmc and reconnect and write a full dump its in support area
