hello medusa support. i purchase medusaPro its very good box for dead boot. can i flash the phone like any regular flashing like z3x without solder using usb, please help me. thank you admin.

Hello.

Medusa Pro Box is tool for repairing of the devices. To flash LG or Samsung phones via USB You need to use Octoplus Box Samsung or LG Software.

hello medusa support. i have medusa box and the problem "card init failed", i try to looked at device manager i cannot see smart card only medusa jtag. i open the medusa box there is no card inside. what is the problem with my box? thank you.

Hi.

If You have old Medusa Box, You should connect to PC (insert) Medusa Dongle (external card reader with card), Medusa Box doesn't have card reader inside the box.

Yes, if You need Samsung or/and LG activation, You can activate it to Medusa Pro Box.

hello i recently brougth a Medusa Pro. Activated Lg and saving money for samsung. XD I have some trouble conecting some phones. What are the minimium system requirements to run medusa?? Windows os version ...etc. Thank you

Please use Win 7 32/64 or newer. CPU 2GHz or higher, 2GB RAM or more, USB 2.0 port.

I was thinking about that too. Sure it needs the activation first, but where do I connect the device. Would be through the RJ45 to micro USB cable?
