i soldered the pinout jtag directed to pcb but still same error,is S5380 & S5380D the same pinout?

yup same jtag pinout .. go to medusa help tab then check wire rtck , trst , tms ,vref etc then solder it according the exact location

i already check again the jtag pinout but still same error,i try to remove TDO connection from pcb but the error still the same TDO is constant.

This error means You have soldered some Jtag wires incorrectly or You have short circuits. Please carefully check soldering of all Jtag wires.

TDO is constant high error means your jtag connection problem, use magnetic wire less than 3inch clean the jtag pinout do it again make sure other wire not short to other wires

or check your rj45 cable

i solder the wires with 35w, correctly, and only happend with this model GT-S5830i
in PCB GT-S5830L not have problem, and is the same jtag
