Hello.

If partitions are not highlighting after parsing, this means, that necessary partitions are not present in selected firmware file. Try to use another PIT file, try to select another firmwares. Also please upload somewhere these PIT file and firmware and post here links, we will check them and write You the result.

PIT file, which You have uploaded (tried to use) is incorrect or has an old unsupported format. Try to find another PIT file. Also You can read full flash from the same working device and write it into your "dead" device.

Please check your PM, we have sent You "Boot Area Partition 1", "Boot Area Partition 2" and "Userdata" backups. Try to write them and check, whether device goes into Download (Emergency) Mode.

Just connect the device, check (select) "Boot Area Partition 1" in Software, press "Write" button, select "Boot Area Partition 1" binary file and write it. The same for "Boot Area Partition 2" and "userdata".

As You can see from your Software log, connection is not successful or your eMMC is damaged - sizes of the following eMMC partitions' areas can't be zeros:
Quote:
Boot1 size : 0 Kbytes
Boot2 size : 0 Kbytes
RPMB size : 0 Kbytes
Also, we are not sure the next settings are correct, because we have no Live log for this device at the moment:
Quote:
Partition config : (0x00) 00000000
Quote:
Partition config : (0x00) 00000000
They can be incorrect also.

At first try to set Boot1 and Boot2 sizes" to 512 KB, and RPMB size to 128 KB (go to "eMMC service" tab in Software, "eMMC geometry edit" button). Then re-connect eMMC and check whether these sizes were correctly changed. Post here full Software log with "eMMC geometry edit" operation.

If sizes' settings were correctly changed, try to write "Boot Area Partition 1", "Boot Area Partition 2" and "Userdata" backups. Also post here full Software log.
