HELP medusa box error updater error - GSM-Forum

cant use my medusabox. i install all the required driver but error

-The card version is not actual please update your card. please update our card.

In updater, also error

- can not find default language file! the updater will be terminated.

i uninstall medusa 1.4.6, after that i install medusa flasher first.
then use the updater from medusa flasher.
