Hello.

What the device exactly do You want to connect and repair via USB?

If the device is already supported and SFR (Smart Repair File) is present on the Support Area, to connect and repair the device via USB do the following:

1. Install the latest version of Medusa Pro Software (http://medusabox.com/eng/download/software).
2. Download and install proper SRFfrom the Support Area (via "Download *.srf" button in Software).
3. Select "USB" option in Software.
4. Select device model in Software list (model will appear in Software list after SRF installation).
5. Connect the phone in "Qualcomm...9008" Mode to PC. If necessary, use Test Point ("Pinout" button in Software) and install Qualcomm USB driver.
6. Disconnect TP and press "Connect" button in Software.
7. When device will be connected successfully, do "Smart Repair" ("Smart repair" button) or do "Factory Repair" ("Factory repair" tab in Software) using the latest original firmware for your device in appropriate format.

If the device is not supported and SFR for it is not present on the Support Area, to connect and repair the device do the following:

1. Install the latest Medusa Pro Software version (Medusa Box Downloads - Software, Drivers, Manual).
2. Select "USB" interface option.
3. Select "Brand: Custom Settings".
4. Select "Device (Core): Proper CPU of your device".
5. Select USB loader.
6. Connect the phone to PC in "Qualcomm...9008" Mode and press "Connect" button in Software.
7. If device will be connected correctly, do "Factory Repair" ("Factory repair" tab in Software) using the latest original firmware for your device in appropriate format.

If selected USB loader is not compatible with your device and the device not connect via selected loader, try to connect the device using another loader from the list. You need to re-connect the device into "Qualcomm...9008" Mode before trying to connect using another loader.

Repairing of the devices, based on MediaTek CPUs is not supported via USB.
