Hello.
Most likely, You soldered some Jtag wires incorrectly. Please check soldering of all Jtag wires and try again. Don't forget to fully charge phone's battery. To power your device use fully charged battery and USB cable. We have tried with our device and Connect was successfully:

I have the same problem ...

I would like to "repair imei" on a working phone , but can't connect to the board .. Yes,i checked the soldered wires - i tried two different wires -as you can see in the pictures in my comment.(that you couldn't see : the reset wire is soldered too on the backside) Yes, the battery is fully charged, and i use charger or usb wire too.

By RTCK selection - the result is the same, like the first poster(expect the VREF -it is 1.75V)
By 100kHz manual mode the result is the following :

Selected device model: HTC Desire C (PL01100)
Connecting. Please wait...
Medusa JTAG Firmware version 1.1.0.
Medusa JTAG Hardware S64 revision C.
Detected TAP ID: 106010E1, IR Length = 4.
JTAG speed : 100 KHz.
VREF level : 1.75 V
CPU : Qualcomm MSM7225A
Core ID : 106010E1
ERROR[004]: Medusa Device Server did not replied to HELLO command.

Could you suggest me any other thing ,that i have never tried ?

Hello.
Please try to connect your phone in Auto Mode (select "Manufacturer: Auto", "Device model: MSM72xx/MSM76xx", "JTAG speed: Auto (RTCK)") and post here log.

Also please use both - fully charged battery and USB cable at the same time for powering the device.

Also please try to connect the phone by the next way:
1. Disconnect phone's battery, mictro USB cable and Jtag wires.
2. Connect soldered Jtag wires to Box and press "Connect" button in Software.
3. Connect fully charged battery and press "Power On" button.
4. If the phone not connects, You can (should) try to connect it a few times by the same way.

Currently we have no this device in our hands, so we cant check whether can be the problem with your device exactly. We have tested now on HTC Explorer (with the same CPU) and the mentioned above connectin procedure works OK.

Hello.
To make Repair IMEI, You need to connect the device as HTC Desire C (PL01100).

Don't forget to fully charge phone's battery. To power your device use fully charged battery and USB cable.

To connect the device try to do the next steps:
