Hello.
1. Your phone's revision differs from the supported one, that's why codes were not read.
2. Your phone became dead after You have written some *.bin file (not after Read codes procedure)!!!
3. We will try to prepare test version and new boot file (for your phone's revision) and then we will contact You.

absolutely no... firstly, i back-up the boot then, press the Read codes botton then it goes error [38]... after the error i quickly assemble the phone and check either the phone is still alive or dead... sadly - dead (even emergency boot-faileD)
ERROR[038]: HTC security partition not found or damaged. Please make sure that You selected correct device model, do EasyRepair to rebuild security.
.. and you can also check in the first thread the way i done.

Connect, Read Codes and Read Flash - are totally safe operations, not possible to damage phone by these operations!

well, in that case how come the phone get dead? it's because of this "1. Your phone's revision differs from the supported one, that's why codes were not read."...
if only i knew this will happen i will surely get a video before and after the operation i did to prove to the team that i'm telling the truth.
