Cant active Octopus module in Medusa Box [Solved] - GSM-Forum

Hi boys!

I bought Octopus activation for Medusa Box but cant updata card, always is showed:
'Updates counts 3'
'Update limit 3'
Activations: JTAG (ver 2.3)
Creating secure connection
The number of activations has exceeeded the maximum value
Counld not create secure connection

Please show me the way to solve this.
