open the phone and look at PCB if it's LND-AL20/30/40
if yes then just fellow those step and u r ok
1-open huawei tool and select the model was written on PCB
2-download board firmware for your model was written on PCB from support
3- write firmware and uncheck modem 1 & 2 and oem info
4-when phone bootup successfully do as the bellow picture








after that phone bootup again

make connect and you'll see 2nd imei calculated
go repair tab and write 2nd imei and make repair
after repair done download full OTA dependes on your region

Now extract the firmware and flash APP via fastboot

after phone bootup then work done & Enjoy

My dead brother you is too good man but sir i face this probleme i tried many times but always sending loader failed i try change many loaders but not succeced now i decied flash with isp pinouts but i could not found isp points octoplus huawei logs are here below

Welcome to Octoplus Huawei Software v.‪1.1.6.1‬

To enable 'Manufacture' mode dial
- for Qualcomm and Hisilicon based models: *#*#2846579#*#*
ProjectMenu > Background Settings > USB Port Settings > Manufacture Mode
- for MTK based models: *#*#14789632#*#*
ProjectMenu > Background Settings > USB Port Settings > Debug Mode

To enable 'Fastboot' mode
1. Power off the phone. Remove SD and SIM cards
2. Press 'Vol-' and insert USB cable
3. Wait until phone enters 'Fastboot' mode

To enable 'Upgrade' mode
1. Power off the phone. Remove SD and SIM cards
2. Press and hold 'Vol-' and 'Vol+' keys and insert USB cable
3. Wait until phone enters 'Upgrade mode'

Found COM ports:

what's the phone states?
if still startup you need to write board firmware as your models on PCB
if loader still not working then you need to check CLK & CMD resistors cause also if they are damaged loader won't work

DUB-LX1 loader won't work with your phone
at less make a PCB screen shoot of both sides and i'll try help u
