what the difference u8180 kyivstar, and u8180 conventional?

different HW, or special CPU?

why, after fullflash (repair flash from support area) phone not power on?

phone alive only after flash u8180 kyivstar fullflash.

I am interested in how changes Customize SW in this device, for the unlock.
