I am from Ukraine. Sorry for my english. When i setup TWRP. After that. Now device do not "on". Device from europ. Buy on action. Firmware (209). 199 fail on 2nd step. Bootloader unlock.

Try to solder all Jtag wires and make Repair in EasyRepair Mode, then post here full Software log and say the result.

Currently we have no this device in hands and can't give You pinout. Maybe, someone have it and upload pinout picture for You. Also, please make photo of phone's PCB in high quality and post it here, we will look, maybe we can help You with pinout.
