Please make Repair of this phone in EasyRepair Mode. To make Repair of this phone model You need to create Repair SD card. Have You careateed and use it?

Your device has been disconnected. Please fully charge phone's battery and try again. Try a few times. Also please check soldering of all Jtag wires, make them as more shorter.

hang on SAMSUNG GALAXY S super clear LCD,,i used this version,,,I9003DDKB2_DDKA5_ODDKA6.oct,,,

Try again, try to write another firmware. Try to write firmware using original Samsung flasher. If the problem will be the same - this can be the problem with phones' flash chip.
