I received medusa box and I have tried every way to install but without success
1 I installed new xp
2 I change pc
3 I did the Jumpe as in the video
4 I tried 3 drivers :USB\VID_045E&PID_930A.DeviceDesc="atm6124.Sys ATMEL AT91xxxxx Test Board"
unsuccessfully the same error message card init failed
if you have a solution

possible smart card not detedted please check it carefully or contact your resseler

What do You mean exactly? Please post here full software log with the Update procedure.

I contacted octopus to activate my card, but it did not solved the problem (card init failed!)
