I already tried these options below:

1 - Set 1.8v to 2.2v too

2 - Repair by USB

Code:
Model Settings:
Interface : USB
Brand : LG
Model : D295
SRF : C:/Program Files (x86)/Medusa Pro Software/firmwareFolder/LG_D295_USB.SRF
Core : Qualcomm MSM8x12
Loader : QLoader_v1

Connecting...
Sending loader...OK.
Loader not initialized. Loader is not suitable for this device.
3 - Decrease wires

Hello.

If your eMMC detects as Unknown, most likely it's damaged.

Unfortunately, we don't have or support any adapters for eMMC chips. All what You can find on a market we officially not supporting, so it may work not properly or doesn't work at all
