Hello.

Here can be two main reasons of this problem, why the phone doesn't go into Download Mode after repairing - device has HW issue(s), or boot loaders in repair file, which You have used for repairing, could be not suitable (not compatible) with your phone (boot loaders are older (lower version) than should be in your phone, thus the phone can't go into Download Mode because of enabled boot downgrade protection). Try to perform "Factory Repair" operation, using Medusa Pro Software and the latest original LG firmware for this phone.

To do "Factory Repair" via USB, do the following:

1. Install the latest Medusa Pro Software version (Medusa Box Downloads - Software, Drivers, Manual).
2. Download and install SRF (Smart Repair File) for D855 (for USB repairing) from the Support Area (via "Download *.srf" button in Software).
3. Select "USB" option in Software.
4. Select LG D855 in the Software list (model will appear in Software list after SRF installation).
5. Connect the phone in "Qualcomm...9008" Mode to PC. If necessary, use Test Point ("Test Point" button in Software) and install driver.
6. Press "Connect" button in Software.
7. When device will be connected successfully, do "Factory Repair" using the latest available original LG firmware for this phone ("Factory repair" tab in Software).
8. Post here the result.

The latest original LG firmware You can find or request in here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f664...-mode-2192515/.
