Member: 1538383 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1587278 Thanks Meter: 3,398 | Hello. Accordingly to your Software log, repair process was performed successfully and correctly. If the device doesn't go into Download Mode, here can be two main reasons of this problem - device has HW issue or boot loaders in firmware, that You have used for repairing, could be not suitable (not compatible) with your phone (boot loaders are older (has lower version) than should be in your phone, thus the phone can't go into Download Mode because of enabled boot downgrade protection). Try to find another firmware and perform "Factory Repair" again. Also, as I se from your Software log, You use very old Software version (1.3.7), current Software version is 1.5.7. There was made many changed and improvements in Software in Software till v.1.5.7. Please install the latest Software version (https://medusabox.com/eng/download/software) and try to do "Smart Repair" and "Factory Repair" again. |
