Hello.

As You can see from your Software log, unfortunately loaders ("QLoader_v2") in Software are not suitable (not compatible) for your device:
Quote:
Core : Qualcomm MSM8992
Loader : QLoader_v2

Connecting...
Sending loader...OK.
Loader not initialized. Loader is not suitable for this device.
Please select "QLoader_v1" loader and try to connect the phone again.

Note, that loaders can be not suitable for connecting the device. This depends on device CPU bootrom revision. Some LS991 can be connected using loaders from Software and some аrе not connected:

http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f664...-help-2184053/.

Also try to use USB "Auto Detect" method, probably one of the existing in Software database USB loaders is compatible with your device and will be possible to connect it. To use "Auto Detect" method, run Medusa Pro Software, check "USB" interface option, select "Brand: Custom Settings", "Device (Core): Auto Detect", put the device into "Qualcomm…9008» Mode and press "Connect" button. Post the result.

If there is no compatible for your device USB loader in Software loaders' data base, try to repair your devcie via eMMC. SRF for LS991 for eMMC repair with eMMC pinout inside ("LG_LS991_EMMC_032G74.srf") is also present on the Support Area.

eMMC pinout picture is inside of proper SFR (Smart Repair File). Please download eMMC SRF for this device, select "eMMC" option in Software, select LG LS991 in the list of Software and press "Pinout" button. Please read threads which I have posted above.
