This error means, than that the eMMC is damaged. Unfortunately, in this case only the solution is a chip replacement. You can try to disable "Write data verification" option and repeat "Smart Repair" operation. Also You can try to connect the device with higher voltage level (try 2.2-2.4V). Most likely, this will not help, but You can try. If the problem is still remain, only the solution is a chip replacement.
