Hello.

Usually such error arises, if device has HW problem(s) (most likely).

Also this can be software problem - boot loaders in firmware file which You have used for repairing ("VS99029A_01_0817.kdz"), could be not suitable (not compatible) with your phone (boot loaders are older (has lower version) than should be in your phone, thus the phone can't go into Download Mode because of enabled boot downgrade protection). Try to find the other original LG firmwares for this phone model and do "Factory Repair" using them. Also, try to do "Factory Repair" using the latest firmwares for H900 and H901.

("VS99029A_01_0817.kdz") this is latest firmware and it means the bootloaders are also latest already tried with VS99025A but same do you have any perfect solution...?

Try to do "Factory Repair" using the latest firmwares for H900 and H901. If the problem is still the same, most likely, your device has HW issue.
