What is producing date of your phone? Please make photo of phone's label under the battery and post it here. Seems, there is new unsupported revision of this phone.

Yes, as I have said - this is unsupported revision (phones which were produced 12W14 or later are not supported for Repair, Repair IMEI or Unlock).
