Medusa Box v1.3.2 is out! In this update we've fixed JTAG speed issue on Boxes with new CPU revision and improved performance of old Boxes (firmware update is necessary).

Medusa Box v1.3.2 Release Notes:

Added support for the following models:
- Samsung SGH-Z500 – added Dead Boot/Phone Repair.
- Samsung GT-S8300 – added Dead Boot/Phone Repair (thanks to Mr. Dr_Wolodya).
Increased JTAG speed on Boxes with new CPU revision and improved performance of old Boxes.

N.B.: It's highly recommended to update box's firmware to v1.0.7 (press "Update box firmware" button in "Support & Options" tab).
This update is performed in two steps: first the software will ask you to re-connect the box, then proceed to second step.

Even very old phone, they will no longer such a thing repaired.

Sure you are using latest software version and firmware? Have you tried other phones or just this one?

i have 15 medusas with this error

only need solutions no questions....

the medusa have new pcb, i update firware an software but no conect phone
i have 2 phone u20 , no read with medusa new pcb
with medusa old pcb correct conect pcb

the problem is el jtag box, i need any solution or shiping medusa box from hong kong ......

the support of medussa no respnd, vendor assumes no responsibility

how can we show box's firmware v1.0.7.where is it displayed?because i am not sure if it is updated or not.please display somewhere at software, the firmware version of the box.

Firmware version is not displayed anywhere. Just install 1.3.2 and press "Update box firmware" button in "Support & Options" tab.
