Medusa Box can't connect working Moto XT-1068 [Answered]


Today I try to Read Dump From a Working Moto XT-1068...

BUT Medusa Box Pro Showing wrong info... BUT same connectivity with Another Box Showing currect Info...

Medusa Team Please help to solve this problem....

Hello.

Try to set more higher Voltage level (try 2.0-2.4V). Also try to connect the device with different Bus speed value. Also try to connect the device by the next way - press "Connect" button in Software and only then connect (plug) device to Box.
