hello medusa team i need little help
my box stuts is not connected i need new box without smart card how to buy only box please help me

Hi sir, no worries

it's abundantly available.
If your smart card is still perfectly functioning, then you just need to get this empty box ''Medusa Pro Upgrade Kit''. When you get it, plug your smart-card in, you're all set, you can now resume work with your old activations..

If you have box not connected error in medusa but other tools like samsung are opening then its driver issue only like mdsj in device manager

Which Box do You have exactly - an old Medusa or Medusa Pro Box? Maybe You have not installed correct driver? Which devices apper in Windows Device Manager when You connect Box to PC?
