Version 1.0.1 – Added dead boot repair for LG SU130, LG KU4000, Samsung SPH-W8400, Samsung SCH-W560!

Medusa Box v. 1.0.1 is out! We have added dead boot repair for LG SU130, LG KU4000, Samsung SPH-W8400, Samsung SCH-W560 and fixed repair files for Huawei U1000s and Huawei U120s.

To resurrect devices perform the following steps:

Solder JTAG cable to JTAG testpoints as explained in the manual;

Connect battery;

Make sure that correct model has been selected from the models list;

Set Jtag speed to Auto (RTCK);

Select the EasyRepair mode;

Press the EasyRepair button and follow Wizard instructions;

After operation is successfully finished reconnect the battery and put the phone into the Emergency mode to make sure that it has been recovered;

Desolder JTAG wires.

To put SU130 into the Emergency mode perform the following steps:

Reconnect battery;

Press and hold "Call" + "Power ON" keys;

Connect a USB cable;

Make sure that new device appears in PC Device Manager.

To put KU4000 into the Emergency mode perform the following steps:

Reconnect battery;

Connect USB cable;

Press and hold "2" + "5" + "Power ON" keys;

Make sure that new device appears in PC Device Manager.

To put Samsung SPH-W8400 or Samsung SCH-W560 into the Emergency mode perform the following steps:

Reconnect battery;

Press and hold "4"+"Power ON" keys;

Connect USB cable;

Make sure that new device appears in PC Device Manager.

Medusa Box v. 1.0.2 is out! We have added dead boot repair for LG P350, P350GO, Samsung Z300, U700 and ZTE MF626.

To resurrect devices perform the following steps:

Connect USB cable;
Make sure that new device appears in PC Device Manager.

To put Samsung Z300 or Samsung U700 into the Emergency mode perform the following steps:

Reconnect battery;
Press and hold "9" + "Power ON" keys;
Connect USB cable;
Make sure that new device appears in PC Device Manager.
