Medusa card not found !!!!! - GSM-Forum

Hello team i buy few days Medusa Box and i use it normal and working perfect .
suddenly i trying to open software same driver same way and :

Card not found .

so i try to update and result :

Try to re-connect Medusa Dongle into another USB port and re-install drivers. Then re-boot pC and run software again.

Have You inserted Medusa Dongle into UAB port? What device appears in PC Device Manager?

I mean when You connect Medusa Dongle (Card Read reader), not Medusa Box! Also, please? look here: How to repair Medusa Box tutorial - YouTube.
